Following his torture Diet

Sacrifices have to be made to reach one's goal. My goal is to lose some weight, so he gave me some tips. I HAVE TO CUT SO MUCH such as not eating fruit after dinner, no cold cuts, no cake, no ice cream, no candy, no JUNK FOOD. PERIOD.

I am going to die from his diet.

ONE MUST MAKE A HUGE SACRIFICE IN THEIR LIVES TO REACH THEIR OWN GOAL.

Ever had a goal that you wanted to complete so much?

I tell you that in the end, when you complete it, you will feel refreshed and accomplished. But you have to make sacrifices such as eating diets.

Perseverance & Patience is the key to a complete a goal.

I, for one will try. Don't know if i will make it. I might die from all the cuts i have to make from my diet that I'm so used to.
